How long does production take?

 

Each SIRI DON piece is produced in limited quantities or made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 weeks from order confirmation before your order is dispatched.

Can I modify my order?

 

If production has not yet begun, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

 

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer available due to the made-to-order nature of our work.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

 

Some designs may be restocked or produced again in limited quantities. Availability varies depending on the collection and production schedule.

Shipping

 

Where do you ship?

 

We currently ship within Thailand and to most international destinations. Shipping options available for your location will be displayed during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

 

Production generally takes 3–5 weeks.

 

Once dispatched:

 

• Thailand: 2–5 business days

• International Express: 3–7 business days

• Economy Shipping (Thailand Post ePacket): approximately 14 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Will I receive tracking?

 

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Who pays customs duties?

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by the destination country.

 

Where available, duties and taxes may be prepaid during checkout. Otherwise, any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer upon import.

Most SIRI DON pieces are produced in limited quantities or made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed to ensure each piece receives the care and craftsmanship it deserves.

Are measurements exact?

 

Measurements are provided as a guide. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece and the soft, flexible characteristics of natural leather.

Will leather naturally change over time?

 

Yes. Natural leather develops a unique patina through everyday use. Variations in colour, texture, and surface character are part of the material’s natural ageing process and should be appreciated as part of each piece’s individuality.

​

 

How should I care for my bag?

 

Clean your bag gently with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture. We recommend storing it in its dust bag when not in use to help preserve its shape and finish.

Returns

Can I return a made-to-order piece?

 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unused condition.

 

However, made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged?

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
