Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Refunds
As each piece is produced in limited quantities or made to order, orders may be cancelled or refunded only before production begins.
Once production has started, orders can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another size or colour may be available, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and its packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items returned without their original packaging.

Made-to-order items once production has begun, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Material Characteristics
Natural variations in leather—including grain, texture, colour, and subtle markings—are part of the material’s unique character and are not considered defects.
